Subscription Terms

By placing an order and accepting the recurring shipment option, the customer agrees to enroll in an automatic subscription program.

Once activated, the subscription will automatically renew every 45 days from the date of the initial purchase. A new order will be processed and charged to the original payment method unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every 45 days.

Customers authorize TryNime.com to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

Renewal includes the same product(s) selected in the original subscription unless otherwise modified or canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To cancel, the customer must contact our Customer Support team at:

Once the cancellation request is received, we will automatically cancel the subscription for any subscribed product.

Please note:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming renewal.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to future renewals only.
