Refund policy

We accept returns only in the cases and under the conditions described below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

Before sending any product back, you must contact us at info@trynime.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the issue. If confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@trynime.com. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the order may already be in processing or shipment.
